GREAT FOOD LOTS OF FOOD! SERVED BY THE FINEST EMPLOYEES CLEAN AND COURTEOUS THAT IS OUR PROMISE. Weck's found immediate success when it opended in 1991, due in large part to a comfort-food menu loaded with hints of new Mexico (can you say "green chili-infused pancakes?"). The portions don't hurt, either - a full section of the menu is devoted to "Full Belly Favorites", including one dish called the "Papa Grande", which is so big, it costs $20! This breakfast/lunch concept obviously hit all of the right notes: at last count, there were a dozen metro-area locations.
